IDK TurbiFIT Faecal Haemoglobin Turbidimetric Assay

INFORMATION

IDK® TurbiFIT® determines the biomarker haemoglobin in human stool samples. It is intended for detection of faecal occult (hidden) blood and serves as an aid in colon cancer screening and diagnosis of bowel disease in patients with abdominal symptoms.

IDK® TurbiFIT® uses polyclonal antibodies and has a measuring range of at least 1 – 100 μg/g.

Immundiagnostik AG provides application notes for a broad range of clinical chemistry analysers containing information about the assay set-up on each specific platform. In addition, they provide the analyser specific performance characteristics of the assay as well as the application parameters. If no application note is currently available for your specific analyser, we have a team of highly trained experts – our technical support team – which will work with you to bring the application to that analyser.

If application notes are available for your analyser, but you still require assistance with the start-up of the assay, then of course that will also be provided.
