IDK TurbiCAL Faecal Calprotectin Turbidimetric Assay

INFORMATION

IDK® TurbiCAL® determines the biomarker calprotectin in human stool samples. It is intended for the differential diagnosis between inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Furthermore, it is used for monitoring the intestinal inflammatory status of IBD patients.

IDK® TurbiCAL® uses monoclonal antibodies and has a measuring range of at least 20 – 1500 μg/g.

Immundiagnostik AG provides application notes for a broad range of clinical chemistry analysers containing information about the assay set-up on each specific platform. In addition, they provide the analyser specific performance characteristics of the assay as well as the application parameters. If no application note is currently available for your specific analyser, we have a team of highly trained experts – our technical support team – which will work with you to bring the application to that analyser.

If application notes are available for your analyser, but you still require assistance with the start-up of the assay, then of course that will also be provided.
